MOSTAFA EL-BAKRY

Mostafa El-Bakry is the founder of Promastar Group of companies. Promastar was incorporated by Mostafa El-Bakry in December 2000 after 9 years of Project Management experience in leading contracting and Oil & Gas companies in the Saudi Arabia and GCC. Promastar is a leading Project Management service provider in the region and specialized Platinum Oracle Partner.
El-Bakry is a graduate of the faculty of Engineering – Cairo University in 1992 with M.sc of Project Management from Colorado University, USA in year 2004.
He started his career in the gulf in 1993 as Project Management consultant for Saudi Aramco exploration department. In 1994 he joined the Saudi Strategic Storage Program - SSSP as an in-house Senior Project Management consultant at the head office. The SSSP was the world largest construction project at that time. He finally left the project in year 2000 after successful delivery of the major project sites.
Following his success in developing an efficient Project Management methodology for Telecom Projects in Year 2000 El-Bakry services was acquired by Ericsson Radio Systems Head office in Stockholm. He managed to get the newly developed methodology approved by Ericsson’s tier one management. In January 2001
Promastar was awarded a mega project to provide Project Management consultancy for all Ericsson’s Network rollout Projects in Europe, Latin America and North America. In year 2003 Promastar handed over the methodology and associated systems to Ericsson consulting Services EPAC.
Promastar activities returned to the Middle East with Focus on the GCC and North Africa. In 2002 Promastar launched its local office in Cairo Egypt. In 2003 Promastar launched its office in Saudi Arabia. Ever since Promastar has maintained a steady geographical and Technical growth. El-Bakry has grown Promastar to cover Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE, Sweden, Lebanon, Jordan, Libya, Oman and today in Kuwait.
El-Bakry has developed Promastar to be leading partner to all the Key solutions providers and Project Management service providers worldwide.
In February 2012 Mostafa El-Bakry together with Promastar teams were awarded the “Innovative Partner or the Year” from Oracle Primavera solutions for their efforts in customizing and integration of the solutions.

Eng. Fadhel Al-Saffar has been Executive Manager of Promastar for Information Technology since 2008. Mr. AlSaffar is responsible for Promastar’s Middle East operations including the design and implementation of business strategies, investments, policies, and processes. He leads the company's efforts for Strategy and Planning Programs, and Business Development. He is also responsible for the company's Corporate Communications, and Public Relations.
Eng. AlSaffar Joined Promastar 2003 as Senior Enterprise Project Management Consultant, where he specialized in designing, implementing Enterprise Project Control System for verity of industries. He has experience Oil& gas, and Petrochemical industry, mainly Plant Shutdown and Turnaround management. He has extensive experience in implementing EPCS for mega Capital projects, and Information technology.
Eng. AlSaffar is also an authorized Primavera trainer since 2004, proving Primavera Standard and customized training course to serve specific client and industry requirements.
Prior to that in he worked as Management Consultant for PrimArabia (former Primavera PAR).His major role was technical and business development including preparation of the technical and financial offers for project management, and professional services. |

Fatma Al-Bader has founded Khatif Holding in May 2008 after 15 years experience in Banking & Real Estate development in Kuwait & abroad. Khatif is a USD 50 Mil venture capital & acquisition Co.
A graduate in Business Administration from the George Washington University, USA, with a double major in Finance and Economics, Al Bader has earlier worked with some of the leading names in banking and investment finance worldwide.
She started her banking career at National Bank of Kuwait in 1992, and worked for 5 years in Treasury division. In 1997 she joined The Bank of Kuwait & Middle East international credit and in 1998, Al Bader was appointed by Gulf Bank as a Relationship Manager in their Corporate Banking Group and she escalated over 7 years to become Team Leader. She was recruited by Citigroup Private Bank in 2004, based in London, as Vice President for the Gulf Region.
In February 2006, she was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Mabanee Co. a Kuwaiti public company In Real Estate sector & developer of the “Avenues Mall”
At Mabanee, Al Bader was responsible for leading the company towards further development and expansion, managing over 80 employees. It was under her stewardship that Mabanee finalized the first phase of ‘The Avenues’, the biggest shopping mall in Kuwait in March 2007, with the second phase expected to open first quarter 2008.
As CEO, Al Bader also oversaw the management of Mabanee’s subsidiaries: Al Rai Real Estate Company, developer of The Avenues project; Alshasha Entertainment; Al Ahlia Second Contracting Company and Fifth ring raod Co. In addition to Mabanee main interest in their affiliate Alrai logistica Co.
AlBader is certified by the Financial Services Authority in the UK (FSA).

Samer Sakr the founder of SOFICO Holding and the CEO of its two sister companies ICTS & PROMASTAR. Graduated from university of Cambridge in 2003 with Business Management degree, and successfully managed to be certified in IT service Management.
